Genealogical prophecy demonstrates the caring consideration of the DNA Script Writer * not just with the biology of a lineage but with the psychological and spiritual developments in that lineage. God’s (Creative Intelligence) protein alphabet may be ACGT (adenine,  cytosine, guanine and thymine) but God’s spiritual alphabet is goodness, mercy, faithfulness and everlasting love.

*One of my praise names for God…..one of the things I don’t get is why the worship language of people remains static. We certainly can learn to enter the poetic metaphors of distant peoples, but for some, ‘Rose of Sharon’ means next to nothing.

In Zimbabwe, one of the popular praise names for God is Jehovah Chikopokopo, literally “I am your helicopter” or I am the God that needs no runway to take off. For me, I am in awe of the Greatest  Programmer ever  – the author of the Book (code) of life: The DNA Scriptwriter.

Since God wants authentic worship, let’s approach the ALL (another personal favorite Name for the One who self revealed to Moses as the Sovereign Being- I AM and Sovereign Doing – I WILL) using the language of our own context and understanding.
