Christians by the thousands all over America have been fervently praying for the president. Fasting, praying and perhaps speaking in tongues to Jesus that the US Senate will hurry up and make this impeachment just go away. Witnesses and documents can only further corroborate the truth that everyone knows and that everyone in the GOP has willfully (or through strong delusion) covered their eyes and ears from. No one wants this. The greatest mistake would be to have a fair trial. What is required is a cover up. A sham of Justice and Democracy – as America’s enemies have always maintained her institutions were.
Imagine, praying to a god they claim to be the truth to help them to suppress the truth for the sake of power. Who truly believes Donald Trump is innocent of abuse of power and obstruction of congress that would want to smother evidence and mute testimony? They simply want the facts to disappear, and they have become quite good at it.
Christianity….American Christianity appears to be more about earthly power than Heaven’s reign. The Scriptures teach that the foundation of God’s throne is established on Truth and Justice. The GOP, The US Senate and in the main, The Evangelical Church make themselves the enemies of heaven. Those who make a covering of lies make a covenant with death.
