Open and shut case. Clear verdict. Absolutely no need for judicial review: A simple mistake was made and 12 million items were wrongfully categorized as property when upon scrutiny, they turned out to be people after all (there were doubts at first) whose sovereignty had been egregiously transgressed. To right the wrong, the British government immediately reimbursed the defrauded purchasers half the value of the purchase price of the questionable commodity, couldn’t pay the other half up front and so decided to charge that cost to the transgressed people themselves, who by virtue of their aggrievement were already destitute, so they worked for seven years with no pay till finally the debt was paid. Now all is square.
And now this fellow Charlie who inherited the wealth of centuries of looting and pilferage through this selfsame human traficking scheme and now happens to be head of the Christian church that presided over all this mayhem and is being asked to look into things because maybe through some technicality, perhaps an error might be found in how things were done.
When I tell you that Western Christianity, both UK and US, the jurisprudence it produced and the political system that harbours it is utterly devoid of all moral authority and exists only to serve the interests of its patent holders and owners (and those of you naive enough to entertain the narrative that all this is the collective work of citizenry bound together by social contract, come let’s talk about your ideas. Message me and let’s schedule a conversation) perhaps I overstate things. I’m ever willing to learn so if I missed some nuance, perhaps somebody could clarify?
BTW The FBI Headquarters is named after J Edgar Hoover, the man who organized the kangaroo court trial of Garvey, who also targeted Martin Luther King and Malcolm X and every other negro leader who attempted to work for justice and truth. The US Federal system, its courts and too its sanctimonious religion unbothered by these and other ‘minor’ distractions (like historic and contemporary genocide and bombimg whole populations into oblivion) is poison and evil to the core.
